When we at Valkyrie Springs think of the winter holiday season, we think of the smells and flavors of gingerbread. So we created a herbal smoking blend and tea that captures those smells and flavors. With notes of ginger and clove, you should feel right in the holiday spirit! To boot, we included adaptogens like Ashwagandha that may be used to help your body deal with mental, physical and emotional stress. Ashwagandha is also used as an “adaptogen” to help the body cope with daily stress, and as a general tonic. Some people also use ashwagandha for improving thinking ability, decreasing pain and swelling (inflammation), and preventing the effects of aging. [1] Chamomile may be used by some people for a type of persistent anxiety marked by exaggerated worry and tension (generalized anxiety disorder or GAD).

Recommended Use:

Smoke in your favorite papers, apparatus, or create a spliff.
As tea, steep 2 to 3 teaspoons in 8 ounces of hot water for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
