We specially formulated this recipe with you in mind, by combining medicinal herbs with lab verified industrial hemp that contains Cannabidiol (CBD). Lavender is commonly used for anxiety, stress, and depression.  Lavender has a long history of use to boost appetite and mood, as well as relieve gastrointestinal problems and anxiety. Tulsi, or Holy basil, is commonly used by mouth to help with anxiety and stress. It is used in Ayurvedic medicine as an “adaptogen” to counter life’s stresses. Lemon balm is used for anxiety and stress. Early research shows that taking a single dose of lemon balm increases calmness and alertness in adults under mental stress. Other early research shows that adding lemon balm to a food or drink reduces anxiety and improves memory and alertness during mental testing. Taking lemon balm along with other ingredients at a low dose appears to reduce anxiety during psychological stress in a laboratory. Meadowsweet contains tannins, which might decrease inflammation (swelling) and decrease mucus (phlegm). It also has small amounts of salicylates, which are similar to aspirin. 

Recommended Use:
Smoke in your favorite papers, apparatus, or create a spliff.
As tea, steep 2 to 3 teaspoons in 8 ounces of hot water for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
